Mina enamel is one of Iran's most delicate traditional arts, and in this workshop you'll learn its principles — from designing a motif to applying color and firing the finished piece on copper sheets. The complex's mina artist walks you through the secrets of blending glass-based colors and executing arabesque and floral patterns. Because this art demands precision and patience, classes run in small groups so each student gets enough hands-on guidance. By the end, your own enameled piece — anything from a small pendant to a decorative plate — is fired and handed back to you.
